The original 38mm av-bay kit seals your Blue Raven and a battery inside a 2" long coupler tube, but how you connect the av-bay to the rest of your rocket is up to you. This kit makes that job much easier by including two harness attachment bulkheads, four new longer (3") aluminum threaded rods, and extra nuts. The harness attachment bulkheads have holes for threading a loop of Kevlar, and a central 1/4" hole that can be used for a t-nut, a 1/4" bolt with a low-profile nut, a charge holder, or aluminum push-off piston.
